How to Stay Alive in Armed Standoffs with the Government

Hi Ed,

I can't get into my email account right now, so I'll have to post this here. ( Doug and Fred, please forward this to Ed Brown and Rick Stanley).

Ed, I don't want to lose you. I'm batting .500 on these armed standoffs, and I don't want my average to go down ever again. When we lost the Davidians, I was sick to my stomach for a month for refusing to talk to David Koresh when FBI Chief Negotiator Byron Sage asked me. I swore I'd never refuse to help again in every non-violent way.

Apparently when you repeat lies long enough, you begin to believe them.

In the Barkley situation, I layed out a great Anti-Communist groundwork with the Sheriff in Michigan a couple of years ago, and that went PERFECT! The Sherriff brought in a local pastor and a Michigan Militia leader helped bring things to a peaceful end where the town council imploded and went out of business, Rick Stanley informs me.

Wha..? I've been watching Genie pooh for quite some time and I don't remember hearing or reading anything about this. Is his "alternate" reality forcing itself to the forefront again?

Ed, these are the facts on the ground:

1) A great cavalry is not coming. Maybe 2,000 people across America might take up arms and start killing judges and IRS agents, if they kill you.

2) The biggest asset you have at the moment is that the Fed's don't want your killing to raise up a generation of Timothy McVeighs to avenge your death.

3) In Waco, I met the Delta Force guys that were climbing up oak trees with deer rifles that had scopes on them as big as your head. They could hit a gnat on the head of a pin at a mile. I suggest you stay indoors away from windows because they are not gonna tell you when they are gonna kill you, if that is their plan.

4) You need to have media personel searched before interviewing you. Fed's like to dress up as media.

5) Be aware of heat sensitive technology that can be used to track your heat signature behind the exterior walls of your home. This stuff is real and very available to the Fed's.

6) If you want me to talk the the U. S. Marshals, you need to give me the number.

7) I Federal Expressed the "Personal Income Tax Truth and Reconciliation Proposal" to the White House for Monday morning delivery. I have no idea what to expect from you or the White House, but it will put the moral ground work for your standoff in the hands of the top people in U. S. Government.

8) Don't take any phones from the Fed's. They put explosives in the ear piece sometimes.

Dear Honorable Court:

With respect, my age and experience leads me to believe that the best way to be heard on the matters I wish to address is in written form.

On January 2, 2007, I was traveling South bound on Hwy. 231 from Lebanon, Tennessee to what my map indicates to be exit 81 on I-24 in my 18 wheeler (flatbed). I entered I-24 South bound and quickly came upon bridge construction with a pile of traffic on my rear bumper.

I slowed to approximately 65 mph, noting that I was holding up traffic in the left lane behind me and having looked intensely for a speed sign since my arrival on I-24, to no avail.

Slowed to 65? Over 65 as he was merging onto a freeway? I admit I don't know what the interchange from this one freeway to the other looks like, but prudence would indicate over 65 while looking at a map and merging onto another freeway, while driving an 18 wheeler (flatbed) is stupid and dangerous.

I noted the State DOT Officer taking interest in me at the start of the bridge construction median area but had no known reason to slow any further, so I continued at 65 mph until I finally saw a 50 mph sign at what is the end of the construction zone, with the trooper behind me. I slowed for the 50 mph sign and then sped up, as the 70 mph sign was just another 50 yards down the freeway, pulling into the right lane to allow the DOT Officer to either pass or pull me on over, since I had only then learned of the 50 mph speed limit in the construction zone.

One would think a "professional" driver would know that the speed limit starts at the speed limit sign, not "50 yards ahead".

(Note: The reason I was travelling in the left lane, a legal lane for my travel, was that the right lane was packed full of trucks and cars travelling at 65 to 70 mph with only feet between them. So, being a professional driver, I remained in the left lane where I had about 300 yards (900 feet) of clear interstate lane ahead of me.)

It should also be noted that the very next day, I came into a construction zone South of Olive Branch, Mississippi that shut an entire lane down, unlike the situation in Tennessee which left all lanes to run freely. Highway 78 had a interstate corridor setup and had a speed limit of 70 mph, so you see that it is very reasonable for a professional driver to expect to travel 70 mph in a construction zone when knowing nothing of the expected speed for that construction zone and wanting to cruise with traffic in order not to become a slower moving traffic hazard until the speed expectation is known.

1) I continue to dispute whether there was a speed limit sign between where I entered I-24 at exit 81, per my map, and where the trooper saw me at the beginning of the bridge construction.

2) I contend that I was operating my vehicle safely for the driving environment, given that the traffic around me was traveling at the same or similar speed and no workers were immediately present in the construction zone. (The troopers and speed signs were clearly not impacting the speed of the traffic until is was too late for the driver to adjust.)

3) I am a professional driver who takes great pride in not having a speeding ticket in 16 years, to my knowledge.

"To my knowledge"? How could you not have knowledge of being given a speeding ticket?
Perhaps that's an alternate reality thing. Oh, and note the "16 years".

4) My employer informs me that should I fail to remove this single ticket from my record, I will lose my insurance coverage and my entire career will come to a halt.

I think you will agree that something very is wrong in America when a million mile plus accident free owner/ operator can, on a clear day in Tennessee, cruising with traffic, seeking a speed limit sign that seems not to exist, lose his entire career over one speeding ticket, the first in his entire 12 year career.

12 year career? I thought it was 16? Was 4 of those years in your alternate reality?

I hope unknowingly, the State of Tennessee has created a "speed trap" in Murfreesboro for even the best professional drivers in the world, undermining the integrity of the highway safety programs across America and intruding upon Interstate Commerce expectations of visible speed limit signs on both the right and left lanes in construction zones. There were clearly no speed limit signs in the left lane where I was being tail gated at 65 mph. And if one were in the right lane behind another 18 wheeler, clearly, I was not in a position to see it.

We must take greater care of workers in construction zones across America than what I observed and experienced in Murfreesoboro, whatever the outcome of my case.

So should I be elected the President of The United States in 2008, I will work closely with my Secretary of Transportation to abolish "speed traps," both willful and accidental, across America. I will do this by passing legislation requiring speed limit signs be posted on both sides of the road in construction zones at 1/10th mile intervals throughout to zone, so that vehicles engaged in Interstate Commerce, etc., will remain fully informed of expectations in these sometimes dangerous environments. The result will be safer construction zones, a more informed driving public and less court time and costs for the good citizens of America because of bad or failed construction zone design/ signage.

I will be in court on February 23rd and 8:30 a.m., as the ticket requests. I will request a jury trial or an equitable solution.

Chapman Meeting With David Nolan

I just got off the phone with David Nolan, founder of the Libertarian Party. Before we even got started on our meeting plans for tonight, he informed me that the chances of him endorsing me are "about zero," and that he plans to support Kubby. (Congratulations to Steve Kubby for winning the LP nomination without one vote being cast.) He also will not drive very far across Tucson to meet with me. Well, my meeting was planned to get together to discuss unification of the third parties and pick his brain.

I'm note sure I can tollerate such arrogance before I even meet a person, so I'll probably just let him go his way. I'm sure to put a verbal foot in his rear, if he didn't show some respect real quick at a meeting. I'm as good as the next man and have turned down opportunities to be in places most successful people couldn't get in to. Fake arrogance if funny but real arrogance just makes me mean.

My own county (Clark County Nevada) had a turn out just shy of 56% of the registered voters. The sad part is my initial reaction to reading the turnout percentages, was "hey, that's pretty good". Then I started thinking, "what about the 44% that failed to vote?" How hard is it to request an absentee ballot? They were practically giving applications away inside each Happy Meal.

I heard it from some of my co-workers: "both sides are useless, why even bother to vote". That's the attitude the people "in charge" want to foster. If both Republicans and Democrats could have only their loyal base vote, they'd be in pork heaven. No. The ones that make their decisions based on the issues, rather than which "politican R us" figurehead of the day is better coifed. Those are the ones that truly keep the political process alive...but they are fading, they are becoming disillusioned with the whole process. That is truly a shame.

The Dems have taken over control of the House and are hinging on taking control of the Senate. 2 races that will probably head into recount.

The Democrats will find this is a mixed blessing. Perhaps even a case of being careful what you wish for.

There is now 2 years available for the Democrats to prove wrong the Republicans who called them a party of no ideas. Because some of the people are still watching. If we have 2 years of Nancy Pelosi screeching and running Star Chamber inquiries into everything under the sun - There will not be a Democrat in the White House in 2008. 2 years for the Democrats to avoid shooting themselves in the foot.

I don't see it happening.

The same dissatisfaction that bounced some of the Republicans from their cozy seats will claim the Democrats in 08 if they walk down the path that Pelosi and Reid want them to go. Will the conservative freshman House Members break ranks? Only time will tell.

On a final note. I am truly grateful that my fellow Citizens of Nevada remembered Supreme Court Justice Nancy Becker and her breach of the public trust by ruling the way she did in the Guinn decision and removed her from office. Well Done!

I was banned from Togaidiots "presidential" blog due to leaving comments that were - shall we say - critical of TogaFraud. I also was asking questions and bringing up his past lies. Needless to say, he wasn't happy about it. He sent his slave, Doug Kenline (formally known as Deadbeat), on a mission to ban me from leaving comments.

It wasn't Deadbeats best moment.

After several weeks of attempting to ban me with no luck, he finally hit on the correct procedure and banned me from leaving comments on the idiot blog of TogaFraud. Fine, I can live with that. I mean I still have both my blogs, right?

Well, Kenline and Chapman did a little audio blog (more of a Kenline stroking Chapman audio blog) and in the course of this blog, they began to berate me - for not wanting to debate Gene Chapman.

Helloooooo, I had been asking questions and been ignored for weeks. Weeks. I think was Gene meant to say was "debate Frank Buckner in such a way as I have complete control over what he says".

I went to ~~Deadbeat~~ Cowards blog and asked him to remove the ban from Chapmans blog and I'd be happy to "debate".

So, his little buddy (Kenline is to Chapman what Gilligan was to the Skipper) left his phone number saying to "call him" to "talk it over".

P.S. Where is it found that an I.Q. of 96 is low? I was told without reservation that 95 is right dead center of average. Are you sure you are using the right standard?

Dr. Arthur Jensen "Straight Talk about Mental Tests" cites the following four IQ thresholds:

1) An IQ of 50 or below. This is the threshold below which most adults cannot cope outside of an institution. They can typically be taught to read at a 3rd or 4th grade level. However, they cannot normally function in the customary classroom setting, and they require special training programs.

(2) An IQ between 50 and 75. At this level of intelligence, they generally cannot complete elementary school. Most adults will need smarter help in coping with the world.

(3) An IQ between 75 and 105. Children in this IQ range are not generally able to complete a college prep course in high school.

(4) An IQ between 105 and 115. May graduate from college but generally, not with grades that would qualify them for graduate school.

(5) An IQ above 115. No restrictions.

Correct if I'm wrong oh wise one - but 96 falls between 75 and 105, right?

And do you have anything on aptitude testing, wherein I was found to be at "genius level," according to the tester? You propose to be informed, so I'm interested in your thoughts.

And when new blood makes it into power in Washington and starts pulling that foot up off of those necks, the people held down by that foot are gonna come up swinging anything they can find to hit us with.

Withdrawal of U. S. troops from the 130 countries from around the world where they are now sounds easy, but it will be the hardest task imaginable, for we will have to trust the whole world not to hit us with whatever they do find. If and when we decide to be good nonviolent neighbors in the world community, we will need a good distant deterrent to those who wish to do us the greatest possible harm here on America's shores in retaliation for American past Communist Aggression against them.

The Checkerboard Plan provides this distant deterrent.

The safest airplane is one where every disinterested passenger carries a loaded pistol, and the safest world is one where every disinterested nation state has equality of weaponry. When everyone is armed, everybody gets polite.

To reach this disinterested end:

1) Israel must be moved out of harm's way.

2) Respect for religious beliefs and individual property rights must be embraced in real ways by nation states.

Until then, The Checkerboard Plan is the best I can offer the world to provide enduring security during a time of U. S. troop withdrawal from the whole world.

The Communist, Gandhi mused, does not care about whether it is perceived as moral in the world; rather, it seeks ruthless economic efficiency at great cost to the individual. Gandhi wrote that he would die in the face of this evil rather then use violence against the Commuinst, but he did not lay out any absolute instruction for the rest of humanity to follow in the midst of this type of government oppression.

The 2nd Amendment is not written to protect your hunting rights nearly so much as it is intended to allow We The People of The United States to overthrow our servant government should they get too far removed from our Constitutional protections. Gandhi, I think, would approve if he were alive in present day America that the people must be able to overthrow tyrany via violent force, if need be.

No he wouldn't you friggin moron. He was non-violent, no matter how much your mentally deficient brain wants to believe otherwise. Is this another factor of your "alternate reality"?

As a student of Jesus Christ these many years, I am reminded in his Bible that "There is a time for war" and "a time to kill." There is a time when the Lamb of God becomes the Lion of The Tribe of Judah. There is a time to bleed the demon robed in flesh. There is a time to "judge and make war." There is a time for bloodbath counter revolution in the defense of Liberty.

Thus, I am left with no moral reservation about the 2nd Amendment. I support it with my whole heart.

For those that aren't aware of exactly who TogaFraud and Deadbeat are, please follow this very informative link for an explanation as to who TogaFraud is, courtesy of the so very lovely and highly intelligent ENM (the check is in the mail, right ENM?)

As to who Deadbeat is, well it would take much longer than I really want to write to explain him. Suffice it to say that he earned his nickname of "Deadbeat" when he bragged about skipping out on his student loans, forcing his mother to pay the bill. Of course, he's also a failed tax protester. Failed I say because he can't even do that right. His idiotic blog will show you all need to know about this champion loser. When you follow the link, you'll notice the page has these words "My Night to Write". What he forgot to add - and I'll do it for my humble readers - is the word "Poorly".

I myself ain't a great wordsmith, but I can ridicule stupid people. Brothers and Sisters, there isn't anything more stupid than Gene Chapman and Doug Kenline.

By the way - you'll notice that on top of my postings is two photos. The photo on the left is a recent one of TogaFraud and Deadbeat. You'll notice by the vacant expression on the moron in the foreground that he's a few bricks shy of a full wall. That's Deadbeat. In the background, looking as though he just ate a roasted pig, is none other than the failed death faster TogaFraud.

Gene made this post. A mindless repeat of tax protesting drivel and I decided to call him on it by breaking down the federal distribution of income tax.

To the best of my ability, scrolling through pages upon pages upon pages of numbers and political bloviating is not fun and I found myself zoning out at times...

Now, it's entirely possible that Gene or his slave sidekick may actually delete the haloscan thread, so I've posted it here for posterity.

As I understand it, property taxes also pay for local county Govt. So you would have no money for that and every public school closed. That doesn’t sound very good.

Were you to actually read something like..I don't know..the federal budget - you'd see that the crap that they feed you in tax protesting 101 is wrong.

The distribution of INCOME taxes actually goes a great deal towards military spending. If you were able to read the Budget of the United States FY 2007 with any amount of statistical knowledge, you'd see that the breakdown (sorry gene didn't mean to use the word "breakdown" and dredge up any unpleasant memories) of the income tax distribution is:

33% to Human Resources (HHS,SSA,Education,Food/Nutrition programs,HUD,Labor Dept, other)

12% to the General Fund (interest on debt 20%,Treasury, Govt. Payroll,Justice Dept, State, DHS,NASA,Judical, Legislative, Other)

6% to Physical Resources (Ag,Interior,Transportation, DHS,HUD,Commerce,Energy (non-military) EPA,NSF,ACOE,FCC,other)

30% Current Military Spending

19% to past Military (veteran benefits, plus %80 of the interest on the national debt, since a large part of the national debt stems from the military)

56.2b from General Government and
353b from Past Military goes towards the Debt. 409.2b out of an over 2 trillion dollar budget.

That's hardly "all", don't you think?

"Economics" Is The Job Presidents Do

The one field I feel most capable in is that of Economics. This blog will allow me to share, as a kind of job application, that I feel I deserve the nomination for both President of The United States, Inc. and President of The United States of America in the Libertarian, Constitution and Southern Parties.

My economics training consists of several university level classes, where I remember making nothing lower than an "A." (Grades will be presented on all my studies at a later date.)

Later, I studied the ideas of Mr. Warren Buffett in great detail, including his Columbia University professor, Ben Graham and others. David Clark, co-author of the renown book entitled, "Buffettology," by Mary Buffett and David Clark, was a boy in the neighborhood with Mr. Buffett's children, who grew up to become a lawyer in Omaha and taught me on the internet for a couple of years the things he learned in the Buffett home about microeconomic theory. He became my entrance into the "Buffettville' community.

Mr. Buffett actually took time out of his day a couple of times in 1998 to write me and slap me on the back concerning my work, but he made clear that he was not offering an endorsement, as his endorsement means millions to a young investor, and Buffett doesn't like to get involved in other people's money matters.

It was this economic study that led me to study the personal income tax issue for which I am now known so well. If I was good "Buffettville" people, I thought, then I should do well in tax law. This journey led me to discover that there are a range of serious problems with tax laws. We will explore this in the future. Gene Chapman

Gene claims to have spent 10 years in university study at three different universities: Baylor, Dallas Baptist, and Tabernacle. He claimed he had a $104,000 scholarship to Baylor. He also claimed he attended seminary.

Guess what?

He attended Baylor from summer 1992 - fall 1993 (one year). He was not on scholarship. He majored in pre-law, minor in philosophy. At one point his declared major was pre-med, but none of his classes reflected that major.

He attended Dallas Baptist from May 1991 - May 1992 (one year). He majored in Biology.

Tabernacle had never even heard of him despite a manual records search.

So we have only two confirmed years of college, no degrees in anything, and no seminary studies.

He claimed that he had been determined to be a musical genius while at Dallas Baptist. According to their records, he took "Piano for Beginners", and that was the only music class he ever took.

He then said that he lived in a monastic setting for 9 years. When that was questioned, he stated that his truck is a rolling monastery. Um, yeah.

A) Right to keep and bear arms to be as common as the right to breathe oxygen.

B) To protect 1st Amendment Religious Liberty, abolish all ten planks of "The Communist Manifesto" and associated communist activities.

M) The King Solomon Solution: As King Solomon proposed the division of the item in dispute between two people while allowing neither the upper hand, so I propose that the international community buy out the Jews and Palestinians and move their land on barges to opposite ends of the earth to shut down the conflict. This will allow a two state solution at a distance. It is the only solution short of unending war between the parties that does not seem to me to violate the religions of any party.

As an earlier post pointed out, I'm currently switching cell phone providers. I am usually a very reluctant provider changer due to the headaches involved. I live by the old axiom about not fixing what isn't broke - normally.

But the service I have used forever, I won't mention any names, but the initials are "S.p.r.i.n.t." has turned me from a satisfied customer to one pissed off puppy. Why? Glad you asked.

I've had my current cell phone for going on 2 years. I decided I wanted a new fancy (smaller) phone. I wanted to go back to a "flip" style phone instead of my current block one. Soooo, off to shop on the online store of this unnamed company. After a few days of off and on searching, I decided to go with a Sanyo phone, flip with a camera and the ability to use the phone for internet with their "power vision" service. Swell... Yeah, right. If you take a gander at the map on the upper left, you'll see that Sprint Power Vision (indicated by the orange color) is only available in what appears to be a 2 block radius in Las Vegas (I'm pretty sure the orange is covering McCarran Airport). Drop your gaze about a millimeter down and you'll see "Needles" and "Bullhead City". I live a skooch above and to the left of the little dot that signifies Bullhead City. The fact that the name of my town isn't even on Sprint's map is telling in and of itself. You'll notice the lack of any orange in a hundred mile radius of that little dot, right?

Ok, back to the phone saga - this all comes together. The phone I wanted to purchase was $300. Well, not that I don't love capitalism in all it's glory, I ain't paying $300 for a freaking cell phone. Sprint has a "promotion" wherein they will "rebate" up to $150 off a phone if you've had 2 years of service, or activate a new line with a 2year contract. Ok, had service with them well over 2 years* and $150 doesn't sound nearly as bad. Well, time to read the fine print on the little "deal" they offer.

To take advantage of these offers, your account must be in good standing, and you’ll need to sign up for the following:

A $34.99 per month or higher Sprint PCS Service Plan
Either a new one- or two-year Sprint subscriber agreement
Sprint PCS VisionSM (if purchasing a Sprint PCS VisionSM phone

A phone activation fee of up to $36 may apply.
Program expires March 31, 2006.

Well, the phone I wanted was a Sprint PSC Vision phone. But, as a glance at the map would show, that service isn't available to me. Dammit, I felt discriminated against simply for living in a somewhat rural area.

So being a savvy consumer, I decided to contact Sprint and give them an opportunity to make a long standing on time paying customer happy. I wasn't asking for much, just a simple waiver of the requirement that I spend what would amount to $360 (over the 2 years) on a service that I wasn't able to obtain. Yeah, I know, spending $360 to save $150 doesn't sound all that smart either - but if the service had been available in my area, I would have spent the money anyway - so you could say I was only spending $210 by taking the rebate on the phone - right?

So, this is what I get in response to my well-written, polite and completely literate email to Sprint Customer Service. I kid you not, I am not making this up, this is the actual copy and paste of the Email that Sprint Customer "Service" sent me. (the red highlights are my comments)

Thank you for contacting Sprint together with Nextel. I will be happy to assist you regarding regarding the EVDO phone.

I will reply your concern in points just to make it easier to understand. (ok,not a good start, that pissed me off the moment I read it)

1. Regardingthe rebate :

The EVDO phones can only be used with the EVDO plans. They are not compatible with the normal vision plan. So, if you will purchase a EVDOcapable phone, the EVDO vision pack is must. (Apparently English isn't his/her first language)

2. We are working on this and also spending our ares so that we will be able to offer all of our customers with the EVDO offers. (WTF?!? Again literacy not a strong point in the hiring process at Sprint)

Please let me know if there is anything else I an do for you. It is always a pleasure serving a responsible customer like you. (ahh, an acknowledgment that Sprint makes a fortune off me - he who never uses all his minutes, but pays for them anyway)

Further, To assist you in an effective manner, we require certain additional information for which we need to personally talk to you. We have a dedicated group of customer specialists, who work on resolving concerns such as yours. (Right, your dedication is real impressive)

That above letter from Sprint was actually the 2nd I got from "Neo". The first one was the exact same wording. I suppose the reason for the 2nd one was because I wrote this to Sprint.

Dear "Customer Solutions",

I asked a simple question regarding the upgrade program that you offer. I consider the upgrade program unfair because it requires me to subscribe to a service that is not available in my area and may never be. To stop from having to do that, I felt as though I was being pushed into buying an inferior handset. So, being a long time customer of SprintPCS, I asked a simple question - is there any other option that would help me get the phone I wanted and not have to pay for an option I am unable to use. OK, I wanted a waiver of that requirement, heck I should be considered an ideal customer, I never use even close to the amount of minutes for which I pay for - Sprint makes money on me every month.

What do I get in response? A condescending "point by point" letter from someone who is barely literate and uses a signature of "Neo". Swell. For the first time since becoming a Sprint customer, I am actively looking for another carrier. I am normally an undemanding Customer, but I feel as though by living in an area that isn't considered "metropolitian", I'm being discriminated against.

I'm not feeling as though "I come first" in this situation.

Apparently, my response went back to NEO, who sent the 2nd email. I doubt he was able to comprehend my reply, so that part doesn't bother me.

So - I'm the worst sort of consumer in that when I feel wronged, I never - ever - go back or deal with that company again. One of the local casinos down here had a dealer that ticked me off back in 1989 and I haven't stepped foot in that joint since. Serious grudge holder I am.

So, it's off to deal with Verizon. That's a whole nudder post.

Satisfaction Guarantee that my new provider has and, well, either I'm incredibly stupid or this Guarantee contradicts itself. See for yourself as I'll highlight what I mean:

Satisfaction Guarantee
You may terminate service for any reason within 15 days of activation. If you purchased equipment from us at a promotional price at the time of activation, you must return that equipment to avoid being assessed a $175 early termination fee. You will be responsible for all applicable usage fees, prorated access charges, taxes, surcharges or other charges that accrued to your account through the termination date. If you paid a security deposit, it may take between 30 and 60 days to process the return of your security deposit. The charges for any service used on the account before the service termination date may be applied against your security deposit.

Return and Service Termination
You may return any or all of your merchandise for any reason within 15 days of purchase. *

The original customer receipt must accompany all returns.

So, the way I read this, you can return the equipment within 15 days with no penalty for doing so. But you can't cancel the service without incurring a termination fee - meaning you have no phone, but still have to pay for the service.

I especially love the last paragraph - if you make a mistake and return the merchandise (how exactly would someone accidentally return a cell phone?) you're out of luck. Does that actually happen?

I know this is way off topic, but I just thought it was interesting. I'm not bothered by it simply because I do loads of research before ever switching cell phone providers and I know it works in my locale. But, I wonder if people actually read this stuff before signing up? Enough people band together and this kind of self-serving "agreements" would be history.

Round Table Talk: The Newspaper is in my hands, and I'm sad to say that only 6 of the 9 things I wanted printed of mine made it. I thought I'd made it clear that my payment for the publishing of the entire newspaper meant that all my materials would be printed, but I guess I was mistaken. There were also some serios errors in the sermon on the front page: "Let My People Go."

I'm sorry to hear that neither Bob Schultz' material nor Rick Stanley's story made tha paper. I can assure you all that I will be proof reading anything in the future that goes into "The Truth Newspaper." I didn't pay $4,000 for half my ideas to get mailed out, but we will suck it up and go on. My appologies to Rick Stanley.

We will mail out my "Class Action" to the 1,500 churches in the coming weeks, as it didn't make the paper. This was my primary reasom for printing the peper, but we will go on from where we are.

On another note, I'm talking to a theologian friend of mine in South Carolina about printing a newspaper: "The Textus Receptus Journal" or someting of the sort.

I can't quite decide how to proceed with the printing of my sermons, but the failures in communication on this last printing are troubling.

6 of 9? That someone would actually print 66% of your tripe is amazing in and of itself. How do you get a copy of "The Newspaper"? I'd pay real FRN's for one.

I have to say "yes". This is another case of the officials making bad calls at the wrong time. The "hold" that called back the pass play that landed the Seahawks on the 1 yard line. The "hold that never was" would be a good call for this play. Bad Call officials - Bad Call.

Follow that up with the BAD CALL of the Hasselback tackle. See, refs, a tackle can be made below the knees. Hasselback wasn't blocking anyone.

It was those 2 call BAD CALLS that cost Seattle the game.

These are the type of calls that aren't reviewable under current NFL rules. I think that needs to change. I don't agree with the Coach throwing the red flag in if he doesn't like the call - but these were blatant bad calls that should have been challenged. There needs to be a recourse.

Wow. This year seemed to fly by. Some interesting things happening on this blog. The first incarnation was killed by me due to a huge misunderstanding. Let me straighten it out. I had a commenter "FKATP" that was probably stalking another of my posters "ElfNino'sMom". I had promised to never censor a comment as I felt they were just words and, hey sticks and stones, right?

Wrong.

There was some back and forth between "FKATP" and "ENM" about the stalking and I finally stepped in and said "It's not funny, give it a rest 'T' ". Well, I happen to know the true name of ENM and I guess her son must have known that as well. He assumed that when I said "T", I was speaking to his mother. (FKATP- figure it out for yourself, I would never compromise ENM's identity by alluding to any part of her name without her permission.) While I have no problem with a son defending his mom, I do have a problem with knee-jerk reactions (of which I am just as guilty as subsequent events proved) and quite frankly, it pissed me off. I as much said so in my comment field and then I got dressed down for that by Demo. I deserved the dressing down as my comment was knee-jerk, but damn you could have PM'd me and asked for a clarification. So, feeling somewhat abashed, I murdered my blog. I didn't just bring it down, I murdered it to the point where I couldn't resurrect it at all. I had to rename the blog (url-wise). Ever since then, I really haven't had the heart to post quite the same way. I look at TogaFraud and feel pity instead of amusement. Kenline? Did he ever really exist?

With the sue-happy society we live in today, I thought the possibilty of being sued by one of the morons I make fun of, is a possibility. Remote, but a possibility. So, with that in mind I went out and searched for legal precedents to use in case the day ever came. I found it.

I can no longer be silent after watching the sacrifices made by Iraqis and Americans everyday.Send it to a congressman if you have to. Send it to FOX news if you have to. My fellow Americans, I have a task for those with the courage and fortitude to take it. I have a message that needs not fall on deaf ears. A vision the blind need to see. I am not a political man nor one with great wisdom. I am just a soldier who finds himself helping rebuild a country that he helped liberate a couple years ago.
I have watched on television how the American public questions why their mothers, fathers, brothers, and sisters are fighting and dying in a country 9000 miles away from their own soil. Take the word of a soldier, for that is all I am, that our cause is a noble one. The reason we are here is one worth fighting for. A cause that has been the most costly and sought after cause in our small span of existence on our little planet. Bought in blood and paid for by those brave enough to give the ultimate sacrifice to obtain it. A right that is given to every man, woman, and child I believe by God. I am talking of freedom.

I was once one of them. I would even dare to say that it isn’t surprising that they take for granted what they have had all their life. My experiences in the military however opened my eyes to the truth.

Ironically you will find the biggest outcries of opposition to our cause from those who have had no military experience and haven’t had to fight for freedom. I challenge all of those who are daring enough to question such a noble cause to come here for just a month and see it first hand. I have a feeling that many voices would be silenced.

I watched Cindy Sheehan sit on the President’s lawn and say that America isn’t worth dying for. Later she corrected herself and said Iraq isn’t worth dying for. She badmouthed all that her son had fought and died for. I bet he is rolling over in his grave.

Ladies and gentleman I ask you this. What if you lived in a country that wasn’t free? What if someone told you when you could have heat, electricity, and water? What if you had no sewage systems so human waste flowed into the streets? What if someone would kill you for bad-mouthing your government? What if you weren’t allowed to watch TV, connect to the internet, or have cell phones unless under extreme censorship? What if you couldn’t put shoes on your child’s feet?

You need not to have a great understanding of the world but rather common sense to realize that it is our duty as HUMAN BEINGS to free the oppressed. If you lived that way would you not want someone to help you????

The Iraqi’s pour into the streets to wave at us and when we liberated the cities during the war they gathered in the thousands to cheer, hug and kiss us. It was what the soldier’s in WW2 experienced, yet no one questioned their cause!! Saddam was no better than Hitler! He tortured and killed thousands of innocent people. We are heroes over here, yet American’s badmouth our President for having us here.

Every police station here has a dozen or more memorials for officers that were murdered trying to ensure that their people live free. These are husbands, fathers, and sons killed every day. What if it were your country? What would your choice be? Everything we fight for is worth the blood that may be shed. The media never reports the true HEROISM I witness everyday in the Iraqi’s. Yes there are bad one’s here, but I assure you they are a minuscule percent. Yet they are a number big enough to cause worry in this country’s future.
I have watched brave souls give their all and lose thier lives and limbs for this cause. I will no longer stand silent and let the “deaf and blind” be the only voice shouting. Stonewall Jackson once said, “All that I have, all that I am is at the service of the country.” For these brave souls who gave the ultimate sacrifice, including your son Cindy Sheehan, I will shout till I can no longer. These men and women are heroes. Their spirit lives on in their military and they will never be forgotten. They did not die in vain but rather for a cause that is larger than all of us.

My fellow countrymen and women, we are not overseas for our country alone but also another. We are here to spread democracy and freedom to those who KNOW the true taste of it because they fight for it everyday. You can see the desire in their eyes and I am honored to fight alongside them as an Infantryman in the 101st Airborne.

Freedom is not free, but yet it is everyone’s right to have. Ironic isn’t it? That is why we are here. Though you will always have the skeptics, I know that most of our military will agree with this message. Please, at the request of this soldier spread this message to all you know. We are in Operation Iraqi Freedom and that is our goal. It is a cause that I and thousands of others stand ready to pay the ultimate sacrifice for because, Cindy Sheehan, freedom is worth dying for, no matter what country it is! Which is what the Schiff trial turned out to be. When it first started, and then during the trial itself, the bloogers (sic on purpose) on the triallogS blog were furious in their defense of the "Great and Wonderful Irwin Schiff". It didn't take long before they were hedging their bets by announcing with complete authority that the trial was "rigged" a "plant was on the jury" or some other whacky belief that the Government help such fear for Schiff that hundreds of years of juris prudence would be tossed out of the window to convict this "dangerous" man.

During the trial they obsessed over the fact that "Irwin isn't being allowed to show the jury the law". Well, that's simply not true. Irwin wasn't allowed to tell the jury his opinion of what the law is.

Major difference.

He was, of course found guilty of all the charges. Not because of a "vast government conspiracy", but simply because he was guilty of all the charges brought against him.

With the guilty verdicts and Mike the Radio Retard making Irwin and himself look like a fool [though to be fair, it isn't that difficult of a task], the comments on triallogS are become almost non-existent. They have a few of the die-hard "anti-everything" crowd still posting, but nobody is paying any attention.

Peymon is trying to steal Irwin's client base, and giving wrong advice in the process. (The bankruptcy laws have changed Peymon)

Best part? Doug Kenline (Deadbeat) has disappeared once again from the "blogosphere".

As I look over the Irwin Schiff and Dick Simkanin status, I am compelled to remind our people that God does open one door to violence in His name. Judges 3 contains a story of a man raised up to kill a king for all God's reasons and by His command.

A group of ministerial students in Germany discussed and got close with a pistol on one occasion to killing Hitler based on the Judges 3 theology. I'm not telling you to use violence, but I can't in conscience tell you not to use all Biblical options in the matter of your freedom from slavery and the mark of the beast.

I am preparing for a meeting Sunday about the future of the church. We have invited several respected pastors to attend. The visit to Miami to deal with Fidel Castro is in place for Christmas eve. I will be attempting to gain a pass port in coming weeks to see about getting to Africa to purchase Christians out of slavery this coming May, bring them to the U.S., educate them and let them return home to free their people, if possible.

1) I have a letter from Pat Robertson's camp indicating what I refer to as a "be thou warmed and filled" letter concerning my invitation to join the suit. Lots of blessings for our work but no muscle behind it.

2) Christian Abolitionist Leader Richard Simkanin writes from Federal Prison in Texarkana, Texas, where he is being held for attempting to free slaves in Texas and refusal to be an "enslaver" (see: andrapodistes.blogspot.com). He is so frustrated with the justice system that he sees no solutions to be found it a law suit, based on his experiences.

3) The IRS is attempting to close our church in South Carolina for our theological focus on slave freedom (the "gospel of liberty to the captives") and the mark of the beast.

Well, well, well. Let's see - this week it came to light that it's not only us who are "enslaved" to the system which, some would say, seeks to perpetuate fraud against the American people, in the form of the Constitution and the country's related tax laws. We guess the jury of ordinary folk (not to mention Nevada District Court Judge Dawson) which found tax scofflaw Irwin Schiff guilty (again) has also been hoodwinked all these years by the illegal shenanigans foisted upon all of us by the IRS, Congress and God knows who else, in perpetrating the tax laws of this land.

Or could it be, simply, that once again the ridiculous and inane arguments proffered by Schiff, his codefendant losers and others out there are simply the vacuous ruminations of people with either too much time on their hands, or folks who have truly lost their way when it comes to rational debate within the structure of laws which govern us all?

That's probably why a Federal jury in Las Vegas, this week, convicted Schiff and two associates of aiding and assisting in the preparation of false income tax returns filed by other taxpayers, and convicted Schiff on all counts, including income tax evasion and of filing false income tax returns for the years 1997 through 2002. This makes Schiff a three time loser when it comes to tax offenses. He faces the potential of a very long time in the slammer, and the payment of hefty monetary penalties.

It's more than simply arguing over whether the Internal Revenue Code could pass muster in a high school English class, for the manner in which it defines "gross income." It just comes down to the fact that even though we may not like all of the rules which bind us, in this free country, it is an obligation on us all to either live by them, or go about changing them within the parameters prescribed by the system.

Does that mean that law-abiding citizens are all "slaves?" We think not. Does it mean that folks with a legitimate gripe shouldn't have access to the judicial system? No, of course not. But what it does mean, we believe, is that at some level, the shrill bleats of folks whose often absurd, and seemingly endless protestations should be exposed for what they are. And if that means harsh punishment should be imposed, then so be it. The fact is that most law-abiding taxpayers probably aren't too happy about the fact that somebody (namely, them) had to make up the more than $2 million in taxes evaded by Schiff from 1979 to 1985, according to evidence put forth in the recent trial. Not to mention whatever unknown amount of taxes went unpaid by the legions of other Schiff lemmings who bought into the Schiff programs (to the tune of $4.2 million in books, tapes, and related products sold by Schiff's "Freedom Books" business) which espoused the reporting of zero taxable income, based on meritless, frivolous legal theories.

Nobody we know thinks the tax laws are the paragon of perfection. Fact is, most of us don't like them at all. But our respect goes to folks whose reform efforts are expended within the legitimate system. Those who do nothing more than dream up ludicrous, inane arguments, and blow smoke at the rest of us, in the form of accusations ranging from stupidity to professional cronyism do nothing to advance legitimate debate, and only get in the way of progress toward reform.

Schiff reports that he's "done more research on the income tax law than any Federal judge in this country." We guess all that research comes up just a little short.

He did this once before, when he caved in to "the evil minions of the IRS" over his back taxes. Of course, it didn't last. He simply prepared a new pitcher of kook-aid and came back roaring (?) with a new take on the tax protesting, "cracking the code" is the ticket, yeah that's it. To what end, I haven't quite figured out. Just a quick perusal of his web-site shows that Schiff is a few sandwiches short of a picnic. The complaint also seeks a court order requiring Clarkson to provide the government his customers' names, mailing and e-mail addresses, and telephone and Social Security numbers.
The complaint alleges that Clarkson is a disbarred attorney who has twice been convicted of federal tax-related crimes. Operating under name "the Patriot Network," Clarkson allegedly sells through a website he operates several how-to guides on illegally evading federal taxes, charging $55 to $300 per guide. One guide, the "Un-taxing Packet," allegedly contains form letters to government officials that customers are falsely told can be used to remove any liability they have to pay taxes. Clarkson also allegedly uses a website to advise his customers to obstruct IRS investigations.

"Any plan purporting to eliminate your obligations under the tax laws is a scam," said Eileen J. O'Connor, Assistant Attorney General for the Justice Department's Tax Division. "The Department of Justice and the Internal Revenue Service are working vigorously to stop the promotion of tax fraud."

This injunction suit is part of an effort to stop the promotion of tax scams and the preparation and filing of false and fraudulent returns. In conversations with Greek scholars at the highest theological levels of both Bob Jones University and the Southern Baptist Convention, along with my own studies, I found that there are three primary attributes of slavery in antiquity:

I still want to know what "highest" levels he's speaking to? A phone call with a janitor that cleans the big guys office?

1) Taxation of Property (1st Plank of "The Communist Manifesto").
2) Taxation of Labor (income tax: flat or graduated/ 2nd Plank).
3) Counting People Like Cattle (to control labor and/ or property).

I found also in a read of "The Communist Manifesto" that the function of its 10 Planks is to twist a nation with free market economy (including freedom of conscience and exchange of ideas) into a godless, secular humanist socialist communist slave state. We will save the details for the class action law suit.

Translation: We'll collect donations from gullible fools (and there are many) before you realize "we're" even more full of crap than usual.

Under the class action, we assert that the United States Government:

1) Has adopted a state religion called, "Secular Humanist Socialist Communism" and now imposes this state religion upon Christians, 82% of the U.S. population (source: Cable News Network), in America, directly violating I Corinthians 7:21-23 and the 1st, 5th, 10th and 13th Amendments to the United States Constitution. They have imposed slavery, by definition, upon a people who are called by God to:

(a) seek freedom from slavery (taxation of labor, taxation of property and being counted like cattle) in I Corinthians 7:21b, if already enslaved and

2) Has especially since 9/11/2001 imposed new uses for the Social Security Number that are unrelated to its original intent of individual dealings with the Social Security Administration, such that one may now not "buy" land, cars, homes, renewed professional licenses, pass ports, etc. "or sell" labor (see: Revelation 13:17) without the Government imposed control number (see: Revelation 13 and 14).

Relief sought: Do away with or allow a simple "opt out" for Christians who do not wish to be slaves or be in such close proximity to the "mark of the beast" issue, in accordance with Biblical teaching. No requirement to have or use a national id card, etc.

Like a giant python, the U.S. Government is squeezing Christians into the mold of slavery and the "mark of the beast" more each day. We have an opportunity here to set a strong legal precedent that will both free Christians from slavery now and perhaps give some breathing room to those Christians who will live through the time of the Beast.

(Note: According to I Corinthians 7:21b, one may infer that when Christians do not seek freedom from slavery (i.e. income taxes: flat or graduated, property taxes and being counted like cattle), it may cost souls their salvation in Christ. The human author of Corinthians, Paul the Apostle, used his freedom to win souls; he feels clearly that there is a "use" for our freedom seeking.)

I look forward to a letter from you and Christians you know in signing on as Co-Complainants to the Class Action soon. We are now studying law firms to handle this unique case with a $40,000 per year present budget.

The real trial takes place in the court of public opinion. If people are abused by government and judges for standing on their rights and stating the law, then each instance of injustice further reveals the corruption in the judiciary.

I think we are coming to the end of Act II of this play, where things become very hard for the protagonists. Act III is coming, and with it I intuit some very positive changes.

The only "travesty" was that the Government only charged him with 5 misdemeanors. He should have been charged with promoting a tax scam (or whatever the charge would be) and locked up. Just think of the number of weak minded fools like Kenline are out there eating this crap up.

A Philadelphia jury August 12 convicted section 861 proponent Larken Rose for not filing back taxes, bolstering the IRS's efforts to fight ongoing doubts about the validity of the code. Former IRS agent turned anti-tax advocate Joseph R. Banister walked away from a similar tax fraud indictment earlier this summer (for coverage, see Doc 2005-13738 or 2005 TNT 121-1), a legal coup heralded by leaders of the so-called tax honesty movement as confirmation their controversial views are gaining ground. Rose was charged with willfull failure to file after refusing to submit federal returns from 1998 through 2002

He has openly admitted to not filing federal or state taxes since 1997 and has actively invited goverment prosecution since at least 2001. The conviction could land Rose in prison for up to five years (one year per count). He was placed under house arrest until his sentencing on November 15.

His wife and business partner, Tessa R. David, will face the same charges in a separate criminal proceeding tentatively set to begin as early as August 19. Rose has for years raised questions as to whether specific foreign sourcing rules trump the broader income filing requirements. He maintains that the current system misconstrues gross and taxable income -- a distinction which he claims places domestic earnings outside the reach of the existing income tax structure -- and insists the Service has never adequately refuted his interpretation of 861 regulations. The prosecution team split their time between establishing that Rose and David received enough income from their home-based medical transcription business during the years in question to warrant filing a return (IRS records project joint earnings of approximately $500, 000 across the five-year timeframe), and chronicling a half-dozen instances when IRS officials attempted to convince Rose about the limited scope of the 861 provision.

"This is a case about a man who doesn't want to pay his fair share," Miller argued, and lampooned the one-time groundskeeper for holding himself out as the "supreme interpreter of the internal revenue code." While acknowledging that the judiciary had considered aspects of his 861 position, Rose stressed that the recent decisions failed to counter his understanding of the underlying income statutes. "I was told by the judges that domestic income is taxable. I was told by the law that it wasn't," he stated, adding, "I want to be convinced by evidence, not an assertion."

However, in a few, he actually sounded shocked that the Government would prosecute him. This despite posting on several web sites and a few desperate newspapers around the country, this little gem:

People by the thousands are learning that the "conventional wisdom" about the federal income tax is just plain wrong. Point 1: The federal income tax applies only to one's "taxable income," not to all income, and the income tax regulations (e.g. 26 CFR §§ 1.861-1(a)(1) , 1.861-8(a)(1) , 1.863-1(c) ) clearly show that one's taxable domestic income is to be determined under the rules of 26 USC § 861(b) and the related regulations beginning at 26 CFR § 1.861-8. (Other sections explain when income from outside of the U.S. is taxable.)

Point 2: So why does it matter whether we use those sections to determine our taxable domestic income? Because more than 80 years of statutory and regulatory history prove beyond any doubt that 26 USC § 861(b) and 26 CFR § 1.861-8 show income to be taxable only when it comes from certain types of international or foreign commerce. In other words, contrary to what "everyone knows," most Americans do not receive taxable income and do not owe federal income taxes.

IRS employees across the country refuse to honestly address the issue, and instead resort to threats, evasions, and accusations, because their own law books expose the biggest financial fraud in history: the deliberate misrepresentation and misapplication of the federal income tax to the public.

Surely if my position is "frivolous" and completely devoid of merit, then the DOJ attorneys can easily refute my position in front of a jury, and have me convicted and imprisoned.
